Our Community

How did we get so lucky to live in a quiet corner of Pinellas County? Countryside Imperial Ridge Homeowners Association is a hidden gem found between US Hwy 19 and McMullen Booth Road north of SR586. We are just a couple of miles away from some of the most famous and beautiful beaches in the United States, yet only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Our location provides us with quick access to sporting events (football, hockey, baseball, fishing & golf), fabulous restaurants, great shopping, iconic art and entertainment, and quaint boutiques … everything the greater Tampa Bay Area has to offer.

Imperial Ridge is an eclectic mix of owners of all ages and backgrounds. We live in 42 (forty-two) one-storied masonry villas consisting of 2- and 3-bedroom residences all with two-car garages in a deed restricted community. Most of the villas are situated to focus on relaxing views of our pool and cabana area yet share a circular roadway which serves as a walking track (for both people and dogs). Plus, across from our entrance, is the latest extension of the multi-use Pinellas County Trail which expands our recreational options.

Financially, Countryside Imperial Ridge HOA is self-sustaining with reasonable monthly fees and reserves for maintenance and improvements. As an HOA, we have an elected Board of Directors who works with our management team at Ameri-Tech Community Management to care for our community.
